Creating Winning Campaigns
A step-by-step guide to launching your first cold email campaign and getting results.
Setting Up
Click on "New Campaign" to get started. Give your campaign a descriptive name (e.g., "SaaS Founders - Outreach - Q1").
Pro Tip: Segment your campaigns by industry or persona. This allows you to tailor your messaging much more effectively than generic "blast" campaigns.
Importing Leads (CSV)
Prepare your CSV file
Ensure your file has headers like Email, FirstName, CompanyName.
- Go to the Leads tab in your campaign.
- Click "Upload CSV" and select your file.
- Map Fields: Match your columns (e.g., "First Name") to our system fields.
- Review and import. We automatically filter out duplicates for you.
Sequences & Personalization
Writing Your Scripts
Write your email steps. Step 1 is the initial email. Add "Follow-ups" that will automatically send if no reply is received.
Use Variables
Personalize every email using data from your CSV.

Vary your wording to improve deliverability.

Schedule
Set your timezone and sending windows (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Mon-Fri).
Launch & Track
Once live, track Open Rates, Reply Rates, and Opportunities directly in the Analytics tab. Pause underperforming campaigns and scale winning ones.
