Configure when your emails are sent by setting sending windows, timezones, and which days of the week to send.
Sending emails at the right time increases open rates and responses. Most business emails are read during work hours, so timing your sends appropriately can significantly improve campaign performance.
Tuesday through Thursday tend to have the highest open rates. Avoid weekends and Monday mornings when inboxes are full. Mid-morning (9-11 AM) often performs best.
Set the timezone for your sending schedule. Emails will be sent during your specified hours in this timezone.
Define the time window during which emails can be sent. Emails will only be sent during these hours.

Select which days emails should be sent. Unselected days will be skipped, and emails will queue for the next active day.
Open your campaign and click on the Schedule tab.
Select your timezone from the dropdown. This determines when your sending hours apply.
Set the start and end times for your sending window. Emails will only be sent between these hours.
Click on the days you want to send emails. Most B2B campaigns perform best on weekdays only.
Your schedule is automatically saved. When you start the campaign, emails will be sent according to this schedule.
