Safely refresh an account connection.
Reconnect when credentials change, provider access is revoked, or sync starts failing.
Pause campaigns using the account if sending is affected.
Open Email Accounts and select the account.
Update credentials or reconnect through OAuth.
Run a connection test and send a small preview.
Resume campaigns only after status looks healthy.
Reconnect outside active sending windows.
Check whether any campaigns depend on the account before removing it.
If a provider password changed, update app passwords too.
