Using status labels

Organize your conversations with status labels to track your pipeline and prioritize follow-ups.

What are Status Labels?

Status labels help you categorize conversations based on where the lead is in your sales pipeline. Apply labels to quickly see which leads need attention and track your outreach progress.

Default Labels

Interested

Lead showed interest and wants to learn more.

Meeting Booked

A call or meeting has been scheduled.

Closed Won

Deal closed successfully.

Not Interested

Lead declined or isn't a fit.

Follow Up Later

Lead asked to reconnect at a later time.

Out of Office

Auto-reply indicating the lead is away.

2

3

Select a label

Choose the appropriate label from the list. The label is applied immediately.

Using Labels Effectively

Label immediately

Apply a label right after reading a reply. This keeps your inbox organized and prevents conversations from falling through the cracks.

Filter by label

Use label filters to focus on specific groups of conversations, like all "Interested" leads that need follow-up.

Update as status changes

Change the label as the conversation progresses. Move from "Interested" to "Meeting Booked" to "Closed Won."

Track your pipeline

Use labels to get a quick overview of your pipeline health. See how many leads are at each stage.

Labels in Analytics

Your label data feeds into analytics. Track how many leads move through each stage and measure your conversion rates from "Interested" to "Meeting Booked" to "Closed Won."
