Open the conversation

Click on a conversation in your Unibox to open the full thread view.

Write your reply

Type your message in the reply box at the bottom of the conversation.

Click Send

Click the Send button or press Cmd/Ctrl + Enter to send your reply.

Reply sent!

Your reply is sent from the correct account and appears in the thread. The lead will receive it in the same email thread as your original outreach.
