Learn how the unified inbox works and how to manage all your campaign replies from one central location.

What is Unibox?

Unibox is your unified inbox that collects all replies from your campaigns in one place. Instead of logging into multiple email accounts to check for responses, you can manage everything from Outlio.

One Inbox, Multiple Accounts

Whether you have 2 or 20 email accounts sending campaigns, all replies appear in Unibox. When you reply, we automatically send from the correct account that received the original message.

How it Works

1. Lead receives your email

Your campaign sends an email to a lead from one of your connected accounts.

2. Lead replies

The lead responds to your email. Their reply goes to your sending account.

3. Reply appears in Unibox

Outlio detects the reply and shows it in your Unibox with full context.

Accessing Unibox

Click on Unibox in the sidebar

From anywhere in Outlio, click Unibox in the left sidebar to access your unified inbox.

View your conversations

You'll see a list of all conversations. Unread messages are highlighted. Click on any conversation to view the full thread.

Reply and manage leads

Reply directly from the conversation view. Add labels, mark as read, or archive conversations you've handled.

Key Features

Automatic Sender Matching

Replies are sent from the same account that sent the original email, keeping your threads consistent.

Full Conversation History

See the entire email thread including your original outreach and all follow-ups.

Lead Information

View lead details like company, title, and custom fields alongside the conversation.

Status Labels

Organize conversations with labels like "Interested", "Meeting Booked", or custom labels.

Campaign Auto-Pause

When a lead replies, their sequence is automatically paused. They won't receive any more automated follow-ups until you manually resume them (if needed).
