Reply sync depends on account connection health, provider permissions, filters, and timing.
Check account connection status.
Search Unibox by exact email and clear filters.
Look in the provider inbox.
Reconnect the account if permissions expired.
Contact support with account and thread examples.
OAuth reconnects can refresh revoked access.
SMTP send success does not guarantee IMAP reply sync.
Some provider delays are normal.
