Prevent future sequence steps for selected contacts.
Stopping a lead is useful when someone opts out, replies elsewhere, or should not receive more follow-ups.
Open the campaign Leads tab.
Find the lead by email or filter.
Select the lead and choose the stop action.
Confirm future steps are canceled.
Add a note or label if needed in Unibox.
Stop leads immediately after manual opt-outs.
Keep a reason so teammates understand the decision.
When in doubt, stop sending.
