Open the campaign Leads tab.
Apply filters if you need a subset.
Choose export or download CSV.
Review included fields and statuses.
Store the export where your team expects reports.
Export interested or meeting-booked leads separately.
Use exports to audit bounces and list vendors.
Do not treat old exports as the source of truth after a campaign keeps running.
