Understanding the dashboard

Get familiar with the Outlio interface. Learn where to find everything and how to navigate the platform efficiently.

The Sidebar

The left sidebar is your main navigation. Here's what each section does:

Connect and manage your sending email accounts. View account health, daily limits, and connection status.

Create and manage your email campaigns. Each campaign has sequences, leads, schedule, and settings.

Your unified inbox. All replies from all campaigns and accounts appear here. Reply, label, and manage conversations.

View performance metrics across all campaigns. Track opens, clicks, replies, and conversion rates.

Manage your account settings, billing, team members, and workspace preferences.

When you open a campaign, you'll see several tabs:

Overview: Campaign stats and quick actions

Sequences: Write and edit your email steps

Leads: Upload and manage prospects

Schedule: Set sending times and days

Accounts: Select sending accounts

Settings: Campaign-specific options

Campaigns → New Campaign button in top right

Email Accounts → Add New button

Unibox → View all conversations

Open campaign → Overview tab

Press ? anywhere in Outlio to see available keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation.

Launch your first campaign.

Set up your email accounts.
