Connecting Your Accounts
You can connect multiple email accounts to Outlio to scale your outreach. We support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any SMTP/IMAP provider.
Google / Gmail
Connect via OAuth for seamless integration. App Passwords required for 2FA accounts.
Microsoft / Outlook
Direct integration with Outlook and Office 365 accounts.
SMTP / IMAP
Connect any custom email provider using standard protocols.
Warmup & Deliverability
Important Note on Warmup
We currently do not provide built-in email warmup services. We highly recommend importing email accounts that are already warmed up using third-party tools to ensure your campaigns land in the primary inbox. Using cold accounts can lead to higher spam rates.
Best Practices for New Accounts
- Start slow: Send 10-20 emails per day initially.
- Gradually incrase volume by 5-10 emails every few days.
- Ensure accurate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are set up for your domains.
Daily Limits & Settings
You can configure daily sending limits for each account to stay safe.
Recommended Limits
- Google/Outlook: 30-50 emails/day
- Private SMTP: Varies by provider
Custom Fields
Set a custom "Sender Name" to appear more personal (e.g., "John from Company").
