Data we handle

Outlio handles the information needed to provide the service, including account details, campaign and sequence content, lead records, usage information, and messages or metadata synchronized from connected mail accounts.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, run campaigns at their direction, synchronize replies, show analytics, provide support, process subscriptions, and protect the service from abuse. We do not use connected mailboxes to send messages except as configured or initiated through the service.

Service providers

Depending on the features used, data may be processed by hosting, database, email, OAuth, file-storage, and payment providers such as Vercel, PostgreSQL hosting, Google, Microsoft, SMTP/IMAP providers, Vercel Blob, and Stripe. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Security and retention

Connected provider credentials are stored using application encryption where supported. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use strong account credentials and enable two-factor authentication with your mail provider. We retain workspace data while the account or feature requires it and handle deletion requests on a case-by-case basis.
